Dominique is a new edition to the Faculty Team this year. With a sparkling personality and infectious energy she will be joining us from Barcelona, Spain, where she will be putting us through our paces with Technique classes that focus on body percussion and musicality. Join Dominique as she gets things warmed up on Saturday 20th February.
Dominique is a Kent trained dancer, she trained at bird college junior school before going into full time training at the Debora Capon College. After Completing her ISTD DDE qualifications in Tap, Ballet and Modern she went onto teaching at various dance schools in London. Since then she has trained with the notorious Tap Attack Company and became a 2 x World Tap Champion and her choreography has featured at the World Tap Championship and the Dance World Cup. Dominique recently took a break from teaching to take up full time professional Tap training at the prestigious Escola Luthier Dansa in Barcelona where she has trained under Derick K Grant, Estefania Porguera, Guillem Alonso and Ruben Sanchez. Since moving to Barcelona she has joined WoodBeats Tap & Body Percussion company.
