Shaun, a tap dance teacher based in Norfolk, UK, has been performing and teaching at the Sutton School of Dancing for several years, sharing his passion and love for the art with students ranging from age 3 to 75 Shaun is resident teacher and choreographer for the University of East Anglia’s Tap Dance society, where he has choreographed numerous award-winning pieces for a range of dance competitions hosted throughout the UK.
A qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association, Shaun loves inspiring students to develop their love for Tap dance. In 2018 Shaun won the prestigious Sir Ken Dodd award at the International Theatre Awards hosted by the IDTA, after being shortlisted from over 7,500 tap dance candidates from across the globe.
In 2020gShaun was invited to become a member of the tap faculty at the Norfolk Institute of Performing Arts (NIPA), a brand new performing arts college offering foundation and diploma courses to assist students in progressing to full-time dance colleges throughout the UK.
A faculty member at TDFUK in 2020, Shaun is delighted to join the incredible faculty line-upagain in 2021 to be together on-line with those who share his passion for Tap dancing and to celebrate all things tap!
