Katarina Roberts, a 12-year-old tap dancer from Ireland has been awarded one of the available scholarships from TDFUK.
Katarina attended TDFUK 2017 and the scholarship was awarded during the showcase. Katarina said:
“I LOVED everything about TDFUK in 2017, dancing with and for Chloe Arnold was AMAZING. I was so happy when I got the scholarship – can’t wait for TDFUK 2018”
Katarina started dancing when she was 4 and by 5 was doing Ballet, Jazz and Tap dancing. More recently she has begun contemporary dance.
She competes in dance festivals and performs in local showcases and is a member of the Kerry Tap Ensemble, who will be performing at TDFUK.
There is no doubt that Tap Dance is Katarina’s passion
